I gave this short talk at the ADEX dive show in Singapore in May. It’s adapted from the Crucible chapter in my book Technically Speaking Volume 1: Genesis & Exodus and it tells the story of how, over thirty years ago, five people from very different backgrounds and with very different skill sets combined to lay the groundwork for a revolution in sport diving.
